Pro plus Order and Pay is £10.00 a month, or take the Ordering only plan at £19.99 a month if you do not take table bookings. Both start with 14 days free, with no limit on orders and no fee per order. Each subscription is for one venue. Start the trial from Settings, Order and Pay in your dashboard.

Online payment is coming soon. For now, tell us which plan you want and we will set it up for you and sort the invoice by email. Starter is £12 a month, paid yearly, £149 a year. Pro is £25 a month, paid yearly, £299 a year. Both are for a single venue, 12 months minimum paid up front, renewing yearly unless you cancel before the renewal date. Kalchevo hosting customers get Starter included, just let us know.

Questions about pricing
What counts as a booking on the free plan?
Any booking created in a calendar month, online or added by staff, except ones that were cancelled. Declined requests count because your team spent time on them.
What happens when I hit the free limit?
Your booking page tells customers to ring you for the rest of the month, and staff can still add bookings by hand. Nothing is deleted. Upgrade and it opens up straight away.
Is there a minimum term?
No long contract. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time; yearly plans run for the 12 months you paid for. Cancel the renewal from your dashboard and you drop back to the free plan with your bookings and settings intact.
I host with Kalchevo. Do I pay?
No. Kalchevo hosting customers get the Standard features and limits included. Send us a message and we will switch it on.
What if I need more than 5000 bookings a month?
Talk to us about the Group plan. It is priced per venue and limits are agreed with you.
