Per cover fees mean the more successful you are, the more you pay for a bit of software. That never sat right with us. Nabsie is a flat price, and the free plan is free for good.
The free plan is a real plan, not a trial. Up to 50 bookings a month, every acceptance mode, emails and a staff login. It only shows a small "Powered by" line.
Standard is for venues that outgrow the free limit or want push alerts to staff phones and emails from their own address. It is £12 a month, paid yearly, £149 a year. Pro adds a bigger booking allowance and priority help for £299 a year.
No per cover fees and no set up fees. Paid plans are monthly or yearly and renew automatically. Cancel before renewal and your bookings stay with you on the free plan.

Common questions
Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The free plan gives you up to 60 bookings a month, your own booking page and email notifications. It shows a small "Powered by" line on the booking page. There are no per cover fees and no card needed to start.
What is the difference between instant, staff approved and live check?
Instant confirms a booking straight away if a table is free. Staff approved holds it as a request until someone on your team accepts it. Live check is the middle ground: the customer waits a few minutes while your staff get a phone alert and tap accept or decline. If nobody answers in time you choose what happens next.
Do I need a website?
No. Every venue gets a booking page at its own link that you can share on social media, Google and your menus. If you do have a website, you can embed the booking page with one line of code.
Do you charge per cover or per booking?
No. We think per cover fees punish busy venues. You pay a flat yearly price, or nothing on the free plan.
