The Nabsie apps
One for your team, one for your guests. The Staff app is ready now. We are putting both on Google Play, so for the moment the Staff app installs straight from this page.
Nabsie Staff for Android
Bookings, arrivals, table timers, walk-ins, the kitchen and bar screen and online orders, in your pocket. Instant alerts the moment a booking or order comes in, and it keeps working if the internet drops.
Included with paid plans (Standard and Pro). The app updates itself. Version 1.6.0, 0.5 MB.
Google Play: coming soon. On iPhone, open your Nabsie dashboard in Safari and choose Share, then Add to Home Screen.
Nabsie for guests
A free app for your customers. Find a venue by scanning the table QR code, typing its name or code, or being nearby. Then book a table, join the walk-in queue, or order and pay from the table.
Free for guests. Ordering and paying needs the venue to be on a paid plan with online ordering switched on.

How to install the Staff app
Until the app is on Google Play, Android asks you to allow the install once. It takes about a minute.
- Open this page on your Android phone and tap Download for Android. If your phone warns that this type of file can be harmful, tap Download anyway. It is our own app.
- Open the file when the download finishes (tap the notification, or find it in your Downloads).
- Allow the install. Android may say "For your security, your phone is not allowed to install unknown apps from this source". Tap Settings, switch on Allow from this source, then press back.
- Tap Install. Google Play Protect will probably say "App blocked to protect your device", because we are not on Google Play yet. Do not tap OK, that cancels it. Tap More details (the small arrow), then tap Install anyway.
- Open Nabsie Staff and log in with the same email and password you use for your Nabsie dashboard. Turn on notifications when it asks, so alerts reach you.
Tip: send this page to your team (my.nabsie.com/apps) and each person installs it on their own phone. Updates: when a new version is ready the app shows a green "New version is ready" bar with an Update button. Tap it and go through the same two taps (More details, then Install anyway). This goes away once we are on Google Play. Later, once the app is on Google Play, it will update from there. Stuck? Ask us and we will talk you through it.
